When it came, I put my #14 socket onto the 3/8" drive of the breaker bar and it instantly removed the bolts. So I saved a bunch of money by not taking the mower to a repair shop. In my opinion this should be a standard in everyone's garage as it would save a ton of money. Very strongly built, fit the socket perfectly with the ball type connector and ratcheting mechanism.
