Duck tape the pool noodles together and wrap with old clothes and for the head cut a pool noodle into 4s like 6 inch each tape together put into head area and then stuff cotton around the 4. There is a YouTube video for the pool noodles arms and legs part that some guy made. This needs way better and more advertising. Who knew? Totally worth the money and a good place for all your old blankets and clothes being put to good use. Once stuffed it actually has a good training weight depending on the clothes and how much you use and it is tall as well. Also cut like a 12 inch piece of pool noodle wrap in clothes and tape up and make hips to hook your legs around. Amazing!!!
