It's a little heavy so the arm sagged when fully extended and shook when I hit the button to take the picture. All my issues not the product. Once I figured out no to over extend the arm and to use a remote for the camera, it worked great.I then replaced the camera and installed a webcam. The cam is attached to my computer and it was easier to take pictures through the camera. Pictures were uploaded immediately for use in PowerPoint.
