**Q: What should be the size of the hole on the tile? ( Does the water input part apart from the body to fit it?**
A: The unit separates to carry out the fitting via tile hole or other means.......exact size I can't remember but is down to what way you are fitting, I.e. with cold only or hot and cold.

**Q: is the spray nossle the same size thread as a shower hose**
A: I am not sure about shower hose but this is same as the tap in bathroom basin

**Q: Hi, It appears there are missing fittings as my 15mm copper pipe does not fit securely. Please can you advise how to fit as instructions are not clear**
A: I had the similar issue. I just popped into the local hardware shop to get the one needed.

**Q: Hi Brought it and spay head liver broke how can you help it says 5 year warranty and it's just one year**
A: I haven't had to claim for any defective parts under warranty,. I would contact the manufacturer of the item to claim for warranty cover, replacement.
