PATA HDD was fine...just 23+ years old and only 30gb Bios detected the drive. Booted into Linux to transfer a HDD image over. Worked with no issues. Resized the partition of the image to the drive. Windows XP booted, checked the disk. No errors and full 60+gb capacity.
