Instead of just sending us what we ordered, Terry at Gapco, working on a Saturday, took the time to reach out and ask questions. He helped me identify this one as the proper replacement. Terry said that he would hold the original order and not do anything with it, so I could go in and cancel that order and make a new one for this item, which I promptly did. Today is Thursday and we got the new one. Four days to ship a clumsy item half way across the country is good, but other than the quality of the item, customer service is the reason everybody should want to do business with these people.
