A: the interior width is about 3 5/8''.  the dividers are designed for 3 1/2'' x 2'' cards, but if you don't care about the dividers, you can go to whatever height you want.

A: I measured with dial calipers to get accurate numbers. On one box interior width varied from 3.73 to 3.76" on another box was 3.79 to 3.81"
