There were two things I didn't like: the recommendations for where to find seeds and the surprising sprouts. As for the recommendations, I'm nitpicking. For some reason, only specialty stores carry certain peas and seeds, so the advice isn't applicable to me. And the "surprising sprouts" were all the sprouts I'd come across already. Obviously these two things don't affect my rating. Not huge deals to me that the author wouldn't know what my local stores carry and what seed sites I find. For me, the fact that I can potentially grow from things I already have surprised me. I thought they'd have more processing, but I may have been wasting my money. Only time will tell. I haven't tried all the recipes yet, but I learned alot about different kinds of seeds you can sprout and ways to save money doing it.
