So I think they will come in handy on that Dark night that something happens to your car, and you don't want to be rear-ended by a Mack truck. Would buy again and they arrived relatively quickly. I like how this pair of flares come in a nice, sturdy, plastic case. There are two detachable bases. You have several options of how the lights will flash. You can have red flashing lights, red solid lights, or a single white solid light (to be used as a flashlight). The base of the flare itself has a magnet, to be adhered to the side of your car/trunk/hood, or to be placed into the detachable base.The reason why I am giving this product 3 out of 5 stars, the unit is not weatherproof at all. The pushbutton switch is not sealed, and the battery compartment is not sealed as well.
