**Q: Does length include pins?**
A: Yes, the led lightbulbs include pins. They install just like the fluorescent bulbs they replaced. You gently rotate the bulb until it locks into place. I hope this helps.

**Q: are they dimable?**
A: No they do not dim.  The cheap chinese made ones for me 2 of 4 went bad within 48hrs.

**Q: can it replace same size florescent bulbs in the fixture?**
A: Yes, I did this without any issues. The lights are ballast compatible.

Perfectly fine product. However, the cited major reason for returns was damage in shipping, and while mine arrived alive, I can see why many are damaged. The packing was haphazard. They threw the small, long box into the bigger long box first, then threw some paper on top. Everybody's sloshing around in there. Guys, packing is not difficult. Show a care.
