It also is pretty filling which I like because I can have it as a little hot chocolate snack. The chocolate does settle to the bottom but I just keep a spoon in my cup to stir it every so often. It clumps at first but I can use a spoon to mix it and get the clumps out without any issue. I only use it for hot chocolate so I’m unsure how it would be in cold water though.
