## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone else had the flower top stuck and unable to get off easily? My husband had to use a screwdriver to pry it open and it un-reusable.**
A: We didn't have any issues.  The bloom opened as it was supposed to.  Sorry you experienced this issue... maybe they will issue a refund if you ask.

**Q: Are these in two different boxes?**
A: 2 different "blooms". I was worried that I got 2 identical (since they both say "SERIES 1" on the container)... but peeking inside, clearly 1 is Lilac & 1 is Hot Pink.
Also, separately packaged, so you CAN gift them separately.

**Q: Can these be reused?**
A: Yes, the flower can be reset and rebloom with the button.

**Q: This did not come as a two pack as listed just one**
A: I got two items in one package.   The only problem was that the spring to make it go back into a folded petal stopped working after the first time it opened!
