We are a busy office, and didn't take the time to try this drive within the 30 day return window. Super irritating. After some mucking around, we were able to get a response from the manufacturer who did replace the drive. But it took multiple emails, and a form. Then we had to pay for the FEDEX shipping to their corporate offices. In the end, they replaced the drive under warranty, but the process was irritating. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good product. I thought it also used "Ironkey" to secure the data, but int just uses the on-screen code. Good speeds though and no problems yet. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Very poor long term reliability *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2020* We've purchased a number of Datalocker drives over the years, including this FIPS Edition (2TB). The drives are slick and keypad works well, but they have been very unreliable as a whole and would never trust them to long term data storage. Issues experienced include constant disconnects (multiple computers and cables tried), failures to recognize the drive and keypad that quits functioning. I would use them for data shuffling, but the components seem to have a short life span unfortunately.
