I used it to cook chicken pieces, such as baked cutlets and fries. the sheet becomes very greasy and hard to clean. I have washed it by hand and placed it in my dishwasher; it did remove "some" of the grease, however there is a black thick layer of I assume is the backed on oil that will not come off. the sheet now looks old, dingy and doesn't feel clean enough to use for cooking. I am a neat freak and have high cleaning standards in my kitchen, this would not come clean even with heavy scrubbing. I will go back to using my stainless steel/porcelain sheet pans and my lodge logic cast iron pans which are AMAZING you can put them in the oven and cook ANYTHING!! I place whole chickens and potatoes in the cast iron pan on the stove top and in the oven. I use it to heat up left overs, even pizza!!. In addition, as you cook, you are getting your daily iron, which is such a plus for women!! I do not recommend this product. They really are a neat kitchen "gadget" to own. They come rolled in nice little box. You just wash them with simple soap and water and dry them and they are ready to go. We seem to always have something in the oven, whether its pizza or our favorite sweet treat. These mats work great! We made some cookies the other night and I was amazed. I laid the mat in our cookie pan, put the cookies on top and put it in the oven. No sprays, no aluminum, no paper to unroll. Once they were cooked, we took them out and I took a spatula and slide it right under the cookies and they came off with ease. None of them stuck or had burnt edges, just nice and golden. Once all the cookies were moved to the cooling rack, I just wiped off the mat and put it in the dishwasher. Once cleaned, you just lay it flat for storage. You can also roll it up, but don't bend it! Now I see why all the great chefs use these! You should really give these a try if you haven't already.I received these awesome mats at a discounted price in return for my honest review.
