A: It will. I use it with my 60D. But remember the actual focal length will be 136mm (85mm x 1.6 crop factor).

**Q: How does the photo quality compare to the Canon 85mm f/1.8?**
A: The glass is not the same glass used in a canon lens but it is definitely sharpe it truly depends on the person behind the camera not so much the glass

**Q: Does it work with the canon rebel t7?**
A: yes it does. It shows f-stops on the camera screen too. But it doesn't show f-stops on Canon 850D.

**Q: Is it compatible with a nikon l840?  i know i’ll need an adapter.. but i want to make sure it’ll actually fit my camera.**
A: WITH THE RIGHT MOUNTING ADAPTER  IT WILL WORK, BUT DO NOT BUY THIS LENS. IT IS A LOW QUALITY PIECE OF TRASH!
