There is sufficient padding and seems durable. However, the sleeve was slightly larger for the laptop. Hence, I decided to return it. After placing the return request, the seller contacted me and asked for the reason. He understood that macbook and other premium laptops measure less than 13.3 (they measure 13.3 diagonally) and also have thinner bezels. He informed that he will try to see if they can manufacture slightly smaller one for my laptop and requested me to wait for 2 days. Two days later, he again got in touch with me and informed that the produt is ready. I reordered and got it today. The new sleeve fits perfectly well for the MacBook Pro.Great product in this price range (padding is even better than AmazonBasics sleeve and some other sleeves), has a separate compartment which is sufficiently large for my charger. On top of that, I'm more impressed with the customer service.
