One or two when I wake up; and one or two around lunch time.- Helps regulate my cortisol levels naturally which in turn gives me the energy and lift I need to go on with my day.- Capsules are sourced from NZ bovine where they have stricter regulations on the products they source.- It is important to note that cortisol levels spiking and causing the adrenal fatigue (which you are likely feeling if you are reading this) is a consequence of chronic stress/trauma and anxiety. I am not a licensed medical doctor or therapist; but have learned from my journey that dealing with the source of your stress will address the root cause of your IBS/adrenal fatigue issues.
