I didn't think anything of it at first, because I figured it would take a while and wanted to give the product a fair chance, but I think I should be seeing some kind of change by now. I followed the instructions that came in the kit, applying the whitening gel directly to my teeth and using the remineralization gel afterward. This kit attracted me, because of the self-forming silicon tray. I didn't want to mess with boiling or anything like that.
