No brandName or Logo. Comment: For anyone experiencing this problem, I've found a solution (thanks, Internets!). The issue is not with the drive but rather Windows and Rawdump. Windows tries to read the disc and that causes Rawdump to lock up. What you must do is start Rawdump, THEN open the drive bay and place the disc on the tray but do not insert it yet! Instead, place your mouse cursor over "Start dump" and AT THE SAME TIME (this part can be tricky), press "Start dump" and insert the disc into the drive. I was able to get it to work this way. Hope this helps some people that are frustrated. Also, rawdump doesn't support dual layer discs. The drive can read the games just fine. Review: It definitely works with Gamecube games - Although it seems a bit finicky when it come to ripping Wii games. I haven't gotten it to work with Super Smash Bros Brawl, but then again, it's scratched up pretty bad and tended to get a disc reading error on my Wii quite often. I'm currently ripping Rouge Squadron III for Gamecube so I can vouch for it. Review: Works... sort of - The first one I got was a GDR-8084N instead of GDR-8082N and did not work for wii discs. Fortunately the seller sent me a replacement that is the correct model number and paid return shipping. The replacement drive is the correct model and works for Rawdump, but is quite slow and the software is very buggy.
