Make sure it moves manually (spring loaded so will be hard) **Q: head pops up but no water flow?** A: Check for blockage of flow path. Check that the nozzle is installed correctly. **Q: What size is the water inlet at bottom of unit?** A: Don't know exactly, though it's about a quarters size, maybe a tiny bit bigger. **Q: Does this come with tools needed to install the nozzle?** A: I ordered these in 2016 with nozzles.
