**Q: What is the difference between cw and nw?**
A: "dear customer,

here are the details you could check,

* CW stands for cool white. NW stands for Neutral white, with different color temperature
XHP35 HI Cool white color temperature: 6500k
XHP35 HI Neutral white color temperature: 5000k"

**Q: Can you change battery for this flashlite**
A: "Dear customer, 

Normally, we could not charge the battery because the battery and the charging terminal inside the flashlight were not in proper contact with each other. 

"* The light head is loosened to disconnect from the battery inside to avoid any accidental activation in shipping just for safety reasons. 
* Please SCREW DOWN the light head tightly and make sure the tail cap is connected well with the battery tube before using. 
* Ensure that Spring inside the tail cap seat properly with the bushing or stretch the Spring to make it connect well with the silver metal part. Spring can be removed easily from the tail cap. 
* Use a soft cloth with alcohol to clean the silver part of the battery tube, the copper plate inside the light head and positive (+), and negative (-) terminal on the battery. Because the grease on the battery tube and battery terminal may prevent connection. " 
* Change another battery to try again to check whether it is problem of the battery,

**Q: Can this flashlight be used to charge a phone like the Rofis MR70?**
A: Definitely not,the USB port is only for charging the battery that's in the flashlight. It's not capable of charging other devices.

Bought it after watching several reviews on YouTube. On turbo, this little torch is certainly dazzling with an amazing throw. But heats up pretty quickly in that mode. The medium mode is perfect for normal use. Yet to guage the battery life as I haven't used it extensively. Could give an update on that. All in all, pretty impressive for its size on first impressions. Certainly expect it to last as the build and finish are first rate. ** Review after 2 years of purchase. The video I posted doesn't do it justice. The only complaint I have is the switch which is almost flush with the body. Results in seconds of fumbling around with your thumb trying to switch it on in the dark. Glad I haven't had to use it in emergency situations which would require a quick response. Otherwise, it's still a dandy and bright (I mean bright) little flashlight.
