Great options, great price, great with my Apple products...
I have all Apple/Mac computer products and have had a lot of issues in the past with finding good compatible printers, especially HP printers, so I was very hesitant to give this one a try. I did a lot of research and it got great reviews for Apple compatibility, and price wise online it was a great buy so I figured what the heck, plus with all the options and features (all in one scanner/copier/fax/printer with wifi and Alexa capability), pretty cool. I like to think I know a lot about electronics and computers, but am definitely no expert or computer guru. Right out of the box, it took me only 5 minutes to set up. Power cord, and I admit, I did go wired to my Mac, not wireless. I did go wireless though to my network and did not use the provided network cable. The wireless wifi works great so far. I like the Individual ink cartridges for each color verses the only one for black and one for color like most printers I am used to (so you do have one for red, one for yellow, and one for blue, and one for black). The color touch screen quickly walked me threw the setup and the network setup. Once my wifi network connection was setup, I tried printing an e-mail from my iPhone which found the printer immediately and the print quality was awesome. My MacBook and iPad also found it right away too. I will be honest. I am new to Alexa. I haven't used that option yet, know what those options/functions are, and don't know how or if it is compatible with my other Alex devices. I think it is neat that it does have that option/capability, but honestly wasn't something I was looking for, not sure I would actually use it, but might. I can't comment on durability as I just got this and just plugged it up, but will say, really easy to install, cool options, easy to use, works great with Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad), and great price.

Super easy setup, good quality, Great functionality - HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 is a Winner!
I have never used an HP printers in the past, typically a Canon guy, and I must say the overall experience, from setup, to setting up the WIFI, was an absolute breeze. It was extremely simple to set up. (just unpacked the printer 1hr ago)One think I really like are all the apps that this comes with:1) Family Tree App -, so you can scan all those important documents (passport, birth certificate, etc) - How useful is that?2) Shoeboxed App - It allows you scan and store receipts and cards in case you might need it - Again another useful app!3) AiO Remote App - I downloaded this from App Store - You can scan, print from your phone to the printer. Very cool and super easy to use!It has a very user friendly color touchscreen, which just adds to the overall user experience. One point to note, this printer comes with a 3 month free trial to Instant Ink which is the ultimate benefit here. Just think about how much it was going to cost you to replace those ink cartridges. At 9.99 a month for 300 pages it's a winner in my book.Overall, I'm now an HP convert. The fact that it has a simple setup, all of those useful apps, quality printing is an amazing package, and then the bow on top is the 3 months free of instant Ink for this printer. Anyone on the fence about this purchase, I hope this review helped answer some of the questions you might have had, and also make you feel more comfortable with your purchase.

Do not buy this printer
Most importantly, do not buy this printer. Drinks ink like crazy. Support is horrendous. In the 6 months I've had this printer, I have had to get HP support many times. The fixes thus far have only been temporary. This is the last HP printer I will ever buy. The print quality of this printer is very good, and I like that it has a feeder tray for scanning or copying multi-page documents. I like that I can feed in a legal size document and have it reduced to letter size. The downside is that the instructions are not at all intuitive for me, the printer is quite slow, often it goes into a "self maintenance" mode in which you cannot do anything, and another issue is that often it simply will not print for reasons I don't understand and the only solution is to reboot. This printer requires a great deal of patience! NEWEST I purchased a new computer and had to re-install this printer. I used the disk which suggested you go online, which I did, to install. Did not work. I purchased assistance from Dell on my new computer and they helped me get the printer working. But, still, it continues to perform poorly, print slowly, and most times won't print at all without a reboot.. So I tried calling HP which can be a very long, tedious process even though my printer is still under warranty. Finally a technician from HP took control of my computer and did all sorts of things. The driver that got installed via the HP Printer website was all wrong. Which is ridiculous. So the technician installed a new driver and for now it works.
