Then when I needed a pair none could be found. But this little scissor could sit in my pencil cup, all folded into itself, and nobody recognized it as scissors. Ha! foiled the scissor snatchers and the but-I'll-bring-it-right-back girl. So good to have around. I keep a pair in the car, in the garage toolbox, kitchen utility drawer, everywhere. Scissor blades are sharp but do not make it dangerous to open. Slides open smoothly and blades turn easily. Then, blades will slide back into their slots to close safely.
