First, it is not designed to mix large amounts of material. In my application, I'm mixing about 40# of material at a time. There is another review here complaining about the gap between the mixing blade and the bucket... The mixer comes with 2 different types of mixing blades. Use the appropriate one for your material! There is also an adjustment bolt on the mixer that can be tweaked if necessary. I've used and abused my mini-mix 60.... it has delivered! If you need to mix large amounts of material at once, this might not be your best choice. For what I use it for, it has been nothing but flawless, and I would highly recommend it!April 2022 UPDATE: This mixer is still going strong!
