I use it for work. I had gotten tired of caring a big lunch pale around for my lunch and a separate back pack for my belongings. This bag fits what I need. I fill the bottom lunch pale with a can coke, small snack and protien bar. Stuff that needs to stay cold. Than I place my lunch in the big part. I have plenty of room for my sun block, pens, female necessities, chap stick and 32 ounce water bottle in side pockets. The bag is well made but only time will tell.
