Then you carefully slide in to it and realize that the perfect weight distribution makes this pretty darn bearable. In fact, your legs are more likely to get tired than your back is! I needed this to train for a fitness test coming up. I love the ease of adjusting the weight to what I want, and the 5 pockets on both sides give you options for where you put the weights. Its comfortable and the lower chest band gives great support. I didnt get the ones with the shoulder pads, and while I do think they would make it more comfortable, you can easily add your own make shift padding that will do the same thing. This is a great exercise tool to really help you build muscle and strength.
