How much do your wind chimes weigh? Weigh them and then buy fish line that is higher test weight than your wind chime weight. Also, over time the line will deteriorate in sunlight. So you can use double or triple strands but still be aware of effects of weather over time. **Q: Will it disappear if cast in epoxy resin?** A: If you mean be hard to see, I’d guess yes because it’s clear. **Q: What do you use to hold this in place for decorating?** A: I attach to command hooks **Q: Can i put a bead of hot glue on it, or will it melt?** A: You can use crimps for jewelry making, or tying with a drop of 579 glue or other good glue should probably work ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ By far the best I’ve used !!!! *by J***M on 13 December 2022* Used this for crafts , flower decorating etc … abs brilliant stuff , strong ,can hold a good weight !!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid multi-use line *by E***K on 29 May 2026* I don’t use it for fishing so I can’t speak to that, but I like having some line in the garage for general use when the need arises (tying plants to stakes, light cable runs, vehicle de-badging, straight reference lines, etc) For random things it’s been perfectly adequate.
