Our family cable modem had died and we anticipated the arrival of this new modem after a hard two no-internet days. After having endured those two days, I was disappointed when the modem couldn't get any signal when setup and had to wait for a technician which was yet another day without internet. When the technician showed up, after multiple tries and fixes, he claimed the modem was defective. I witnessed the technician's test modem working at my house today so I'm sure this is not any of our problems. Anyways, will be looking to buy a cable modem that actually works this time.
