Review: Good Greenhouse Fan - This fan was easy to install, and functions as advertised. The design made installation easy with a large mounting edge. The temperature control works great, and the fan is powerful enough to quickly cool our 128 sq ft greenhouse. It has dropped the temperature by over 20 degrees. Make sure to secure all sides of the fan or it will vibrate. The louvers work as they should. The main power cord is too short, and you will need to extend the cord length so you can attach the temperature control box to a stud. Also, it only comes with one cord strain relief, so you will need a second one of those.

The suppled power plug lead is short- you will need to extend your power supply line to within a couple of feet of fan - so you can plug in. Also, thermostat control suppled wiring is very short- allows placement only within inches of left, rear of fan grille. However, the thermostat is separate from fan with own wire leads-so if desired you can extend wiring and place were best suits your needs. This fan was easy to install, and functions as advertised. The design made installation easy with a large mounting edge. So the fan works great and moves enough air for a 12x12 shed when working on projects or welding. The shutters needed a little adjustment to close right. Although it's functional I'm not really sure what I expected out of the thermostat. It's simple and functional and operates the fan, but when it's at the threshold temperature it may cycle the fan rapidly. I bypassed it and use it on a switch.
