## Questions & Answers

**Q: what is the call quality on these? do people hear you clearly in noisy areas or does it pick up background noise?**
A: The call quality is great. These are 1000% best sound quality, comfortable overall best product at this price point hands down

**Q: How many hours per charge?**
A: Many, many, many hours per charge. I honestly don't know yet. I've been wearing these for weeks, listening to streaming media, talking on the phone, and I have not ever charged the things. And I mean never. I took them out of the box and started using them without charging first and I still have not charged them. One thing that helps - I will (eventually) charge the little box that they are housed in. I believe the housing holds an extra battery. Therefore, it can hold an extra-long charge which boosts the actual ear piece. Also, I have been using only one of the ear pieces. They still work great that way. I can hear what is on my phone just fine but it's more comfortable and I can still hear what's going on around me with the other ear. Maybe I'm getting a bonus double-battery use this way? Who knows, but even if I'm getting double, I would have expected to have had to charge them at least five times already. I am very impressed.

**Q: Is this the one that was introduced at CES 2020?**
A: Yes, we display the EarFun Air in the CES 2020, the product also win the CES Innovation Awards. If you have further concerns about the product, please feel free to contact us at 【service@myearfun.com】.

**Q: how is the sound quality of phone conversations?**
A: 9/10

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not best option for workouts
*by P***R on 16 March 2021*

If you are looking for earbuds for workouts then this is not the best option. Sound is good, so is the connectivity and noise cancellation.

### ⭐ Poorest sound quality
*by K***E on 22 March 2021*

Sound quality is very very poor , a lot of disturbance is being heard , high pitch sounds are very irritating, but the mic is good which of no value with this kind of sound quality
