A: They don’t list food coloring on the ingredients but the list says, “added color blue”.

**Q: Are these vegan?**
A: NO. :( Gelatin is listed. ingredients not listed online, but I can confirm I just received them and they’re NOT vegan, unlike the other options. Really misleading and overpriced considering they’re not a specialty item.

**Q: Are the assorted ones vanilla flavored?**
A: Yes, they all tasted vanilla to me!

**Q: Are these marshmallows smaller than the mini marshmallows sold in supermarkets?**
A: Yes, these dehydrated marshmallows are smaller than the fresh mini marshmallows in the store. My best estimate would be about four of the dehydrated ones would make a mini marshmallow.

These are tasty, and were consumed quickly and in their entirety, but were a little stale. If you’re having them on hot cocoa, I expect that doesn’t matter much. But they were chewier than traditional freeze dried marshmallows, which led to a more stale mouth feel.
