**Q: How come there is no potassium there?Many of multivitamins doesn t have a potassium.....**
A: High doses of potassium cause cramps and diarrhea. Also, Your multivitamin can only get so big before it gets hard to swallow. Giving you even half your daily dose is more than 2 grams, something a multivitamin just can't fit in a small size. Given that the average multivitamin already weighs in at ~5g, it just isn't feasible to give you another 5g of potassium.

I actually love these vitamins. I typically have really really thin hair and I have noticed a lot of new growth around my hairline as well as my hair thickening up some after a month or so taking this so I’m very happy with it. Taste is a little weird, but if you can get by that these are great!
