Although I did not purchase this product on amazon, I used this straw for the first time today. I honestly thought it was plastic. But I was on a ferry in the middle of the Delaware Bay and I KNEW it couldn't be. I was thrilled with how similar to plastic it was. Perfect drinking straw. Best biodegradable straw ever. I can't understand why it doesn't have 5 stars in every review.
