Ahhh no not doing that yet. I bought multiple buckets about $300.00 plus and a couple days afterward had it newly seal coated. I think that helps seal the patch for longevity. All but one bucket had the consistency to flatten out and become a flat strong patch or crack filler. In two areas I was able to build up to meet a higher level of concrete that was a major trip hazard before. Tamping down with a wood block and hammer was one of the methods I used the other was to use a cement roller and drive over the new install many times. One bucket’s consistency wouldn’t pull together on installation it stayed more crumbly and did not hold. It had poor adhesion and continued to crumble away all year. Overall the area application went well and solved our problem areas. I would use this product again though I wish it was less expensive or had a sale price. desertcart had the best price and free delivery that was convenient as the buckets are heavy. During installation you’ve got plenty of time to work with it, but nothing you can do now. **Q: So if I am filling in a depression, rather than an actual pothole, aquaphalt will "feather" well even though it is mostly gravel?** A: I was filling in depression below garage overhead door. I didn't have a stamper so I used a piece of metal over asphalt and hit with a 2 lb. hammer. Unless you use something to flatten, it doesn't "feather". The side of hammer crushed the gravel nicely for me. Dried quickly **Q: does the tamp come with the purchase?** A: No, the tamp does not come with the purchase. You just get one heavy container of Aquaphalt. **Q: I have a concrete slab that has settled about 1.5 inches to 2.0 inches, it cannot be raised to make level, can this be used over concrete?** A: You can have concrete raised. It's called mud jacking. They drill a small hole in the concrete and pump mud under it until it rises. Super easy to use and once it is down you can drive on it instantly and by the next day it is super strong and durable with no issues in stability.
