    Books starts well, only to add ingredient I have no knowledge of or hope of obtaining.

It is a good book, as I love asian sweets as they are so different to pastries cakes and pies  (what i'm used too).However going through the book there are all sorts of ingredients that i've never heard of or ever hope to be able to purchase in the UK asian shops. I had to google what the ingredients were - so its not easy to cook from this book.I do hope to try and use the book, with a little help from google for substitute.
