**Q: Does this smell bad enough that it wouldn't work for indoor plants?**
A: It smells pretty funky when first applied, but dissipates within 24 hrs.  My cats and dogs become super curious about where the fish smell is coming from, so be careful with them around your plants after you apply.

**Q: What is the difference between this and the 2-4-1?**
A: This is from NH's websiteThis is a perfect complete fertilizer for your tomatoes, vegetables and more. Made from fresh fish, seaweed, molasses, yucca extract and humic acids, this formula was uniquely designed for plants with intense growth or "vegging" stages.Growers using our "Tomato & Veg" have seen increased stalk/stem mass resulting in higher yields. In addition, Tomato & Veg provides necessary nutrients to keep your plants vigorous with strong root zones and lush foliage, increasing its tolerance to various diseases, temperature and drought.Basically my understanding is it's just a bit more fine tuned for your fruit and veggie producing plants vs plants in general.

**Q: I am confused with the instructions. I have plants in a 5 gallon container (peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños) how much of it am I supposed to add?**
A: It's 1/8 cup per gallon of water. So if you put one gallon of water in your watering can, you add 1/8 fertilizer. It's not gallons as in the size of your bucket.

**Q: Can this be used to feed tomato and pepper plants being grown hydroponically?**
A: I don't know.I think it goes bad after you mix it with water after a few days.It is meant for soil only.
