The size and quality were completely different from what was advertised. It feels cheap and unstable – nothing like what I expected based on the description and images. When I tried to return it, I found out that a refund was practically impossible. I’ve been waiting for the past 3 days for the item to be collected, and every day ends the same way – a last-minute message saying they couldn’t collect it and would reschedule. Still no progress. Customer service has been horrible. There’s no clear way to contact anyone directly – just automated messages and no accountability. Honestly, I feel completely ignored. Avoid this seller if you can.
