I have a remote headset and webcam fitted to it alongside a wired mouse and keyboard and all 4 work perfectly.It has got a bit warm a couple of times with no real reason for doing so and a couple of time it has failed to pick up a "switch" request. Only other thing I don't like too much is that my laptop which is connected to another monitor fails sometimes to note that its connected to the "switched" monitor at start up but it will still try to send a signal to it which means I see nothing. Supplied with 2x HDMI cables and 2x USBA-B cables. Plugged the HDMIs into two laptops and the two USBs to their respective laptops (these provide power to the unit so no need for an extra power source), and finally an HDMI to my monitor. Turned on both laptops and now switching is easy - the press of a button! I have a wireless keyboard/mouse combo (logitech), a webcam, and some USB speakers all plugged into the unit allowing them to be used from either laptop, and still have one USB socket spare.
