Most of the essences are colourless except for vanilla which has a light brown colour. My latest purchase was the farm fresh milk and golden butter essence both of which were amazing products. Adding just a few drops of these 2 essences to a plain vanilla cake or a french toast or even a pancake really makes a difference. I would say it is worth the money spent quality wise.
