A: The overall shaft is 3/4", with the threads 1/2".

**Q: Does this thumb screw come with the other knob for tightening?**
A: It's just the screw as pictured.  You tighten by hand by turning the black end of the knob.

**Q: Does this come in 1 or 2 to a package?**
A: there are 2 in the package

**Q: Is the threaded bolt piece made from Stainless Steel?**
A: Yes, but I found this was not a standard size for most biminis. The thread did not match.
