The magnet is recessed in the back of the clip which leaves the fairly sharp outer metal circle with the ability to scratch a metal/stainless steel fridge door when slid across. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient, but the magnets should be glued in! *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2018* These are really strong, but they are made out of a thin tin that bends easily.
