I am discouraged than I spent that much money for a product that has never worked. **Q: I bought a set of tv ears, they worked the first time i used but have not worked since. we checked all connections. the are solid. what can i do?** A: The battery might not be re-charging properly. Make sure the head phones volume control dial is set to OFF before attempting re-charge. Make sure head phones are placed facing the right direction in the charger. I had no problems once I got re-charging straight. Good luck **Q: do you get the pwer cord with the headset?** A: You get a power cord and a cord that connects to your TV if you purchase the charger base and headset.
