Very comfortable and won"t slip off your shoulder
This is a well made product that lives up to its claims. Its easy to attach and the air cell neopreme shoulder pad will not slip off your shoulder when carrying a tripod. This model has a strap which easily goes around the feet on the tripod legs. It has a snap swivel on the head end so you have to have a ring or a place to attach to on the head end of tripod. They make other models. I'm totally happy with this product

Balances the weight of my 8lb tripod
I purchased this for my Manfrotto MT055XPRO3-3W tripod as it was a lot of tripod for me to carry around on my hikes as I am only 4'11". This distributes the weight while providing padding. I would highly recommend this!

Great strap, arrived with flaw, but excellent customer service!
I bought this for my Manfrotto 190XPROB, and it fits well. I really like the padded shoulder pad - it's comfy without too much 'bulk'. It is well made, with good craftsmanship and quality components.But the portion of the strap that fits around the legs of my tripod was actually sewn on backwards, so I contacted the seller via Amazon. The problem was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. It's nice to see decent customer service, especially from a seller located on the other side of the planet.
