I say this anytime I talk about Legion, but I have to stress especially with this product, that I am so appreciative of its minimal ingredients. When I really started analyzing what was wrong it was that my recovery seemed quite slow. I did about a month of research and settled on Recharge. I would try it out and see if it helped. Happy to report that for the past 3 weeks (since using this thing), I have yet to lapse in my workouts. I take my rest days and recover, and I'm good the next day. I'm recovering faster and making bigger gains, and I don't feel like garbage. It should be noted that any supplement by itself cannot cure a poor diet or lifestyle. I eat well, use portion control, and try for 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Even with that, before weaving Recharge into my routines, I was not able to maintain my workout schedule. Now I can, and I'm building up from here. After literal years of getting on and off the horse, it feels so good to be able to maintain and step closer to my fitness goals. Stay strong. Review: Great Natural Post-Workout! - I ordered this because I knew that I was going to start increasing my efforts in the gym several months after a rotator cuff surgery. It arrived just as I started moving from bands and machines etc to empty bars and small dumbbells and the like. I have to say that I really feel the prime effect of taking this is to reduce the soreness that comes with using muscles in ways they haven't been used in some time. Some folks call it DOMS. I can't say for certain that it definitely helped me build any more muscle then I would have from the exercise alone, however several people have commented that I'm looking leaner and one person even called me buff, quite a surprise. ONE CAVEAT: you want to make sure you are well hydrated and stay hydrated using this product. If you do, everything I've seen says it's safe to use. If you don't, you risk developing a kidney stone, so make sure you stay hydrated at all times (and if I am correct, this applies to all forms of creatine, not just the Legion brand) The flavor is good - really as good as I could expect from a product the touts the use of natural flavorings as opposed to artificial ones. I generally mix it with at least 14 oz of water in order to make sure that it mixes in quickly without having to shake it excessively. It seems like a pretty good deal, though I would rather have been able to buy the larger bottle. I have really liked the products I have bought from Legion Athletics so far. I have not checked it out yet, but today in the podcast, Mike Matthews said every product has the quality/lab report for the most recent batch on its page. Definitely with a look, heading there later tonight.

Recharge is THE best post workout supplement I have ever had. I say this anytime I talk about Legion, but I have to stress especially with this product, that I am so appreciative of its minimal ingredients. I want to start by mentioning that I've been around gyms for almost a decade but not straight. Let's say I have lifted for a couple of years if you piece all the times I've trained weightlifting. During that time, I have taken lots of different supplements, protein powders, creatines, NO2, etc. and i can confidently say that NON OF THEM have done the job like Recharge and with only 1 scoop!!! I loaded for the first week and now I'm on the maintenance dosage of 1 scoop per day and this thing is awesome. I was once searching in internet for weightlifting advice since i was looking for something different and I found muscleforlife.com. I started digging into Mike's stuff and just by following simple steps of training and dieting I was able to drastically improve my physics. I completely gave a twist to my weightlifting routine following Mike's articles and my life have changed for good. I'm more lean than ever before (still some fat to drop but I'm on track), better workouts, more energy on the gym and this product has help me in meeting my physical goals. Great product that I recommend to anybody I see. I even drink it as my drink with my post-workout meal. The taste is AMAZING and doesn't bug my stomach at all!!
