Because I am seam sensitive and have lymphedema to r chest and r back, I turned the bra inside out to wear. I will add a piece of cotton to cover the hook & eye area that now faces my chest. This bra is the most comfortable of mastectomy bras considering the low price--most cost upwards of $50.00 or over $100.00! I purchased a 38 (not band 38, just 38) and it fits. I was a 38 C prior to surgery; have lost 10# and a breast, but still ordering a 38 for many garments which continue to fit properly. If only they made this with elbow length sleeves so my upper arm lymphedema could be addressed while wearing this! ### ⭐ Very disappointed *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2016* First of all, the description says that a closure extender is included with the bra. I did not get the extender. Second, it claims that a 38 band size fits woman who normally wears a 38c. However, it serves more as a chest compressor than a flattering bra. My sports bra doesn't flatten as much as this one. There is not enough room in the bra cup for a breast fuller than an A. It is suitable for a woman who has had a double-mastectomy. It is so comfortable that I can even where it at night with no problem. I also where it to work out in and I love it!
