Yes, reviews are right, there are tons of bubbles when you apply the screen protector. And another yes that this is one of best screen protectors out there. I have used many other no-named brands and also named brands such as Zagg, Spigen, whatever name Shield, etc. I do have to say, this protector from Ecking is a major pain in the you know where. And you know what, I love it.When you apply this film or protector, you will get tons of bubbles. The instructions is pretty bad and there are misspelled words in the instructions, not that I'm any better with my grammar.This is what I did. In a bright area of your home, office, etc, clean the surface of your phone. Make sure its dust free. Use one of three small tapes that it comes with. Tape the screen down to your phone. Just tape one size is good enough. Pull side 1 without removing the small tapes. Align the protector and stick it onto your screen. There will be bubbles. For now, just worry about aligning it. Once you are happy with the position, peel side 2 and your protector is almost done with tons of bubbles. Next, I personally use my finger nails, I work the little bubbles out from center to the edge. Mine was pretty brutal and it took me about 30 minutes. I done it while watching a movie so it went by fast. After that, I'm happy to tell you, bubble free and the protector works great for me.Side note, no one pay me for this review nor IGK and EcKing contacted me. Just want to toss my 2 cent in to let other potential customer know that there will be bubbles, you just have to work on it after the application. Once the bubble is gone, this protector is great. If you don't want to mess with the bubbles, you may want to consider other brand. Now the peeled edges are accumulating dirt and gunk, looks terrible. Now a couple weeks in, most of the edges are peeling up and now has bubbles everywhere.
