Try using parchment circle or a piece of parchment under your crust. Then just slide the cheesecake on to the round or a serving plate. **Q: Do these have a perforated hole in the middle?** A: Yes they do. **Q: Are these thin enough that wooden dowels can go through them to support a three tier cake?** A: Oh, yes they are! I use fat plastic straws to support the weight under each tier and a sharpened dowel will punch right through all the tiers to anchor them for no sliding.
