### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was impressed with this dvd.

I can actually do this workout. The instructions are easy to follow. I feel well worked after I'm done.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good workout
*by D***. on May 26, 2021*

I think this workout is really good, but it isn't all done in a chair. I am using it for a rehab situation so bought it because I thought it was. I have used it twice even so and feel I will get a lot of benefit from it. I do want to add there isn't any floor work in the workout. Now I have used each of the workouts and feel they really are good. I am 77 and in good shape but after a knee surgery was ready for something to move on with and this will be my choice for quite some time.
