Not sure it would fit in a small luggage bag. But a big personal bag I believe it would fit. **Q: can bugs or mosquito sneak in thru the roll up mesh? Looks like it leaves small gaps open?** A: This is a great tent for a kid to play in. It only ties so it’s very possible that bugs will get I and mosquitos will come in . I use this for my god daughter to play with inside or at the beach or park **Q: Does this close with velcro only? Is it east for baby to rip out of and does it let in bugs** A: It velcros down the middle. Probably not the best to contain baby and while it does have a mosquito net, it doesn’t fully shut so I don’t think it would offer the best protection from mosquitoes.
