**Q: Can you ride it on dirt?**
A: Possibly but not likely and probably not safely.  The small firm wheels will probably make for a very bumpy ride and likely an unstable ride on uneven gravel, dirt, or yard surfaces.  That's only my guess and opinion.

**Q: Is this an electric scooter or one you manually push with your foot?**
A: Manually.

**Q: Would this fit a 12 year old? What is the height when the handle bars are in the highest position?**
A: No. Age limit is 6 years old. Too small for a 12 year old

**Q: i  want to know about at which part has prop 65 warning?**
A: Hi there! The Jetson Jupiter Kick Scooter does have a Proposition 65 Warning, and it's located on the product label on the underside of the deck. As for the part of the scooter to which that warning applies--it applies to the entire unit rather than one specific part of the scooter.
